And we continue on....
We are already on Day 4 with so much completed and yet so much still to do.
After going through your essay outlines, I am happy that most of you get it, to a varying degree, yet some of you have much work to do to right your ship.
We have been talking today about the changing landscape that is taking place in the world of our media consumption/participation. It is echoed in our means of communication. I'd like you to take a read through the following articles and comment in a blog about them.
Cheers,
Kemp

Welcome to Summer School!
What an exciting journey we are about to embark on. We have seventeen days from which we must capture the knowledge, skills and experience that students usually take five months to do. This means a few things:
#1 - Every day is an adventure, we will be up and down through different landscapes quickly. Better be prepared to commit to take every step, no matter how precarious.
#2 - We will be together every day, all day. You don't have to become friends forever, but it sure makes life easier when we make connections with those that we share experiences. Just think, no other people in the world will have the same July as the group in this class.
#3 - Breathe deeply. Each aspect of this course will allow you to look within yourself, look at each other, look at our society and capture the breathe between the words. Allow yourself to struggle, allow yourself to need help and allow yourself to succeed.
#4 - See the beauty in the ordinary and recognize all that you have. This course will ask you to look at some brutal truths in life, that's okay. Truth is a good thing.
#5 - Ask questions to yourself, your colleagues, your teachers and your tribe.
I hope you are excited as I am to get this started and I hope that you can embrace the opportunity that we've been given.
Here we go...
Cheers,
Kemp
